The maximum occupancy for our rental is 8-10 guests.  We have 4 bedrooms with 5 beds and a twin folding mattress.  Bedroom 1 - King, Bedroom 2 - Queen, Bedroom 3 - 2 Double Beds & Twin Tri-fold Mattress, Bedroom 4 - King

The roads to the cabin are paved.  The last 1.0 mile of driving is through our cabin community along the Hiawasee River - the road is paved but narrow.  It is equivalent to a 1.5 car lane.  We don't encounter many other cars but when we do there is room to pull over for cars to pass each other. 

Yes, we have free onsite parking available for guests.  It is a driveway that can accommodate 2-4 cars. The road leading to our driveway is paved, however our driveway is gravel.

Our rental includes a fully equipped kitchen, linens and towels, Hi-speed Wi-Fi, and Smart TVs in each bedroom, a 6 person hot tub, pool table, arcade, and lower level game area.

Check-in is 4pm (Eastern) and Check-out is 10am (Eastern)

If you require different check-in or check-out time, we’ll do our best to accommodate it for an additional fee. But please bear in mind you’ll need to let us know beforehand.

If we have guests leaving or arriving that day it will be almost impossible to accommodate the request due to the cleaners needing to prepare for those guests.

Receive 100.00% refund if cancellation occurs at least 30 days before arrival; 

Receives 50.00% refund of total booking if cancellation occurs at least 7 days before arrival; 

No refunds within 7 days of arrival. 

It is always up to you whether to disclose personally identifiable information to us. This website collects voluntarily provided information which may include your name, address, phone number and email address information etc. 

Ridgehaven Retreat does not now, nor will it in the future, sell, rent or lease any of its customer lists and/or names to any third parties.

Ridgehaven Retreat may collect and may make use of personal information to assist in the operation of our website and to ensure delivery of the services you need and request. At times, we may find it necessary to use personally identifiable

information as a means to keep you informed of other possible products and/or services that may be available to you from ridgehavenretreat.com

by the privacy policies of the providers and are not within Ridgehaven Retreat's control.

All users and visitors to our website have the option to discontinue receiving communications from us by way of email or

newsletters. To discontinue or unsubscribe from our website please send an email that you wish to unsubscribe to rebecca@ridgehavenretreat.com. If you wish to unsubscribe or opt-out from any third-party websites, you must go to that

specific website to unsubscribe or opt-out. Ridgehaven Retreat will continue to adhere to this Policy with respect to any personal information previously collected.
